BESPOKE CNC STITCHING
If you are searching for something that stands apart from off-the shelf designs and factory options, we can create intricate designs in-house using our state-of-the-art CNC sewing machine. With our expertise we can create amazing and precise upholstery and stitching for your next upholstery project.
The results are stunning bespoke upholstery designs that cannot be replicated by hand, perfect for creating identical stitched panels to your personal taste, and creating a unique visual impact.
Our machine will run many materials to a border size of 1200 x 780mm. Stitching patterns can be programmed to your own design, or we can tailor a personal design for you in-house. All material is backed with thick specialist foam. Stitching can be finished in a wide variety of colour choices that blends seamlessly with the rest of your interior.
Despite the beautifully intricate possibilities of design, material and colour, our bespoke CNC stitched panels are extremely tough and durable, and are suited to many domestic and commercial applications.
A SKILLED HERITAGE
Piper Trimmers are specialists in bespoke automotive interiors. Our family-owned and run car upholstery business has been established for a quarter of a century with over 100 years and counting of combined experience.
We started our business after learning the traditional skill of car trimming from our father Alan, and training with a local furniture upholsterer. Larry also undertook a furniture upholstery apprenticeship.
During our early years of business our father brought with him a vast knowledge and skill of car trimming. Alan has since retired and we have taken on what he taught us, and over the years, our specialist upholstery business has evolved and expanded. The standards and skills learnt in those early years continue to form the basis of Piper Trimmers today.
We continue to work side by side with an expert, dedicated team, and are well known for an unrivalled level of workmanship and exceptional attention to detail.
